A wonderful older hotel with helpful staff. Hotel is very clean. Modern updated bathrooms Our air-conditioner worked wonderfully and quite the blessing with the recent heat. Very nice for the price! Convenient location across from Kings Cross Station. Plenty of restautant/cafe options within walking distance I strongly recommend Altonapoli around the corner - beautiful food, excellent prices for high quality, and wonderful staff. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The price is great considering it is located right in front of the Eurostar Station and walking distance to many restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, convinience stores to buy milk, water, sodas and all kind of food that could be put into the included small fridge inside of our room, churches and the amazing British library. After the checkout they kept our luggage in a secure room for almost 4 hours until we picked them up for walking to the Eurostar Station for our trip from London to Paris. We would stay again for sure!

Checked in yesterday and once getting to our room I noticed that there was a window panel missing, the floor boards were not joined as they should, the sink basin was blocked which meant that when draining it took a long time to drain, the tap on the sink was so lose that I actually thought I was going to break it. The only positive was that the beds were clean and comfortable. I think it's really cheeky for a hotel to request a £100 security deposit when your put in a room that is so poorly maintained.

For a one night accommodation, close to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations, the hotel was ideal. There was no food available but an excellent breakfast could be purchased next-door to the hotel. The room was clean and the shower good, no frills but met our need for both our outbound and return journeys.

Only stayed 1 nights but fine for the price. Room was OK, bathroom was great - rainfall shower with great temperature. Could do with a little maintenance, but nothing serious.
Staff member on check in was brilliant. We were tired & he made us feel very welcome.

If traveling and need a short stay then location is right outside the kings cross train station. They also have a free luggage storage which is great for travelers.
The rooms are more like a hostel with single beds that can be put side by side.
Steep and narrow staircase so be mindful if you have heavy suitcases or bags. No other amenities in this property.

Ideal location for early morning Eurostar connections, as it couldn’t be any closer to the train station.
The room could do with some repairs, but it was manageable for the price and location and suited our needs for a short stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Victoria era hotel near the train station with no elevator small rooms and nothing particularly interesting about it inside it all feels like it was updated in the last 20 or 30 years in a very basic way. If I had to do it again, I would’ve just picked the travel lodge to be next to the train station instead of this.

Great hotel in the centre of London. The bed was very comfy we had a great sleep every night.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. On check in our room air con was broken, when we spoke to reception there was no issue and we were moved room no problem at all.
The rooms were dated and tired, however, the bathroom looked to be newer and the shower was great.
The air conditioning was good however did not stay on all day and did take a while to cool the room after being out all day. It was not "cold" but did make the room comfortable.
For the price we paid it was a great stay and location is perfect!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room (in July) was quite warm despite A/C, and when opening the window, the noise from the street and nearby King's Cross was...heavy. Good beds, but the room was a bit tiny. Yet, obviously, it's a great location to visit London, because from King's Cross you have 'all' transport options!
