Modern, clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had to drive into London so an onsite carpark was ideal and was very secure and safe. Easy access to the underground which is literally across the road. They may have been waiting on rooms to become available for the one I had booked and without any delay I was given a complimentary room upgrade by staff which was a great gesture. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend and book again.

Good stay although u left my wallet in the safe and they told me they “couldn’t find it”. Huge hassle cancelling cards. I would have expected that to have been kept securely and returned.

lovely spacious room, however not maintained, we had to ask for tea and coffee top ups. bin not emptied during our 3nights. reception staff were mixed, but the pool and sauna won us over. great location for city but also good for a taste of local London

We really liked the view in our room and it was in a great location. However, we noticed that supplies like hand wash, tissue and body wash were not refilled and it was hard to reach anyone by phone all afternoon. I had to go to the front desk and they refilled the items right away. I enjoyed their morning breakfasts and friendly staff.

Clean room. Shower didn’t drain very well. Tried to use online check in but digital key couldn’t be accessed and staff seemed to have no idea about the online check in process. Upgraded to exec but didn’t receive complimentary water. Friendly staff, greatly kept hotel, room was great (much better than photos give away!). TV was rather slow. A 50/50 experience.

Rooms were pretty good, very slight bit of wear and tear around the edges, but clean and beds were comfy. Staff were all really helpful and welcoming, they have been trained to a high standard. The sauna and gym were a nice bonus, again, was pretty clean. Didn’t eat here so can’t provide feedback on that. Location is fairly decent, it’s a 5-10 min walk from Waterloo. Would stay again

I actually couldn’t fault this place both me and my little boy had the most amazing time we used the pool which was lovely very well used room service which was delicious and the morning breakfast was great too. All we could ask for Overall very good

I received a complementary bottle of wine. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The pool and spa were very clean and relaxing. This hotel is very central to public transportation and a walking distance to the London eye. I loved it and will stay here again.
