The Waldorf Hilton London

My stay at The Waldorf Hilton, London was wonderful. Douglass Reid and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived. I was especially grateful when Nisrine let me know my room was ready early and invited me to pick up my key. After traveling, that small gesture meant so much. The service was warm, professional, and truly attentive throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, sightseeing bus stopping right outside the hotel door, which made getting around so easy. Staff here is absolutely AMAZING! Rooms are fabulous, Restaurants are yummy. AND you can walk absolutely everywhere from here. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff

Very centrally located hotel for Convent Garden. Pleasant staff - room was ok, am sure there were nicer rooms within the hotel and perhaps needed some modernisation. Would stay again in the future.

Staff & room were great. Breakfast service very slow on this visit. Disappointed that no usual dinner menu available due to Pot Luck Pop Up.

The service was impeccable from pre-check in through to the lovely door staff hailing us a cab and waving us off. My mum is disabled and we couldn't have been better looked after, the room was perfect, we had everything we needed and more.

The room was tired and the balcony doors taped shut and a very loud air conditioning unit installed as the room was oppressively hot at night so you were either awake because of the heat or the noise. A really bad experience.

Exceptional service as always, beautiful room, we were made to feel very special and loved every minute - Thank you!

Room was smallish but comfortable. Heating was poor.

The lodging was okay. But absolutely nobody in the entire hotel knew how to do anything except b charming. Every single thing the concierge told us was absolutely in error and sent us on unnecessary wild goose chases in the cold… because he didn’t even know the basic services available nearby… currency exchanges around the corner, but he sent us a quarter mile away to someplace that HE recommended instead of a nearby one with exactly the same rates. He put us on a a tour bus that was supposed to leave every 20-30 minutes, hop on & off… 2 hours later we were still waiting for his branded tour bus to arrive and when it did, it was packed like sardines and nobody got off. It was pathetic. The dining room was poorly managed and the service chaotic. It required a half hour & 3 separate tries just to get an expresso with hot milk… And we paid $40/day for the breakfast service. They have a long learning curve to achieve before they should be accepting guests.

Staff is amazing. Concierge team is extremely helpful and makes your morning and evenings enjoyable. Bar team is also amazing, disciplined and inviting. Rooms are fine, nothing elaborate. Bathrooms are oversized, which was nice for the 3 of us.

Breakfast menu was fresh, but could have been hotter. Good bar selection
