Very convenient hotel at Charles De Gaulle airport. It’s easy to get to from Terminal 3 and clean. The staff are very helpful and the food is good. This was my second stay and I’m planning on staying there again next month.

Excellent choice for an airport stay. Conveniently located across the street from T3, with a marquee Julian Opie sign. We've stayed in compact rooms and the larger queen suites. Both are very comfortable with great amenities. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth the price, especially if you're preparing for a long travel day. Internet is reliable and strong. Staff are all very helpful and gracious.

We like staying at CitizenM airport hotels. We enjoy the semi-artistic atmosphere and a fun vibe. We like the modern if modest rooms and when we are ready to leave a country, it just feels right. For this particular place, we had trouble finding it because none of the communications from either Hotels.com or the hotel actually told us how to get there from the airport or train station. The staff were very nice and professional and worked very hard. The hotel could use more employees because you see the same indispongo a lot of different things.

The staff we talked to was nice. The hallway upstairs and the room were smelly. It’s just bad odor since there is not windows. I’m sure the cleaning crew cleans there but I’m sensitive to smells so it bothered me. But of course, I got used to it after awhile. The amenity is so minimal. No water in the room, no kettle. The soap bottles were not filled up (it had plenty in there but decent hotels will pay attention to the details). I don’t think it’s their cleaning crews fault. It’s the hotel. Those vinyl floors seemed not too clean even someone vacuum. The vinyl headboard surface had shiny spot either because people put their heads lean against it

Budget hotel masquerading as cool. Everything is do-it-yourself. Virtually no staff. The rooms are tiny with the bed in an alcove with three sides fully enclosed. If there are two people, one has to climb over the other to get to the bathroom at night. The sink is along the narrow hallway entrance and the bathroom is in a glass enclosure. OK for 1 person but not really for 2. After seeing this, we snagged the last "accessible" room which at least had space around the bed and the sink was in the bathroom. But the full bathroom became the shower to meet the accessibility requirement. Breakfast was ordinary.

Like what we work was trying to be a so much more. Good food. Cool rooms. Great staff. Fast WiFi and the most rare - they make everything easy. Doesn’t seem like a hotel. Very lively at night like a busy restaurant in a good way. There’s real energy here that refuses to inhabit conventional hotels.

Wish they’d serve food a bit later. We arrived at 10pm and the kitchen was closing. The website says food 24/7. Beside this all good. This was our 4th stay there. Just never got there this late…
