What a cool hotel this is, perfect location and 10-15 mins walk to Alexanderplatz. Really night room, good view, air con and soundproofed windows from the city traffic noises.

Simple and have everything I need for a night to stay.

Cold showers, no soap in showers. No tea of coffee . 17euros for a full and boring breakfast

Tram ride or short walk from the train at Alex. Excellent breakfast!

Good simple room, enough storage for 2 for a weekend stay. No tea or coffee in the room. Bed was comfy but the pillow was too soft for me. Great for a short stay, short walk to the tram line.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. However there is an issue with the regulation of water temperature when you shower, showers don’t appear to have a thermostat and therefore the temperature fluctuates between boiling hot, to freezing cold a number of times whilst taking a 5 min shower. I tolerated this for 5 days in different rooms. I moved to a different room, as I was put in a street facing adjoining room. Adjoining rooms are EXTREMELY noisy. It doesn’t matter if you booked months prior and requested a quiet room, it’s allocated on the day, so the earlier you check in the more options you might have. I found all but one receptionist polite and helpful, one of the receptionists was consistently cold, abrupt and unhelpful, borderline rude. Also the breakfast is something like 17 euros per day, which is expensive. There are a lot of nice cafes in the area, I get why people run to the petrol station out front for food now!

I had a pleasant stay, but just a couple of small inconveniences: there was no in-room kettle, so I had to go down to reception for hot water or tea, which wasn't very convenient. Also, the hair dryer being fixed in the bathroom made it a bit tricky to use when someone else was showering.

Was ok but saying you have AC when you do not is unacceptable

Great location, close to public transportation, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, walkable. Right next to a little park/former cemetery that is a little oasis in this otherwise busy neighborhood. Hotel was clean, rooms small but functional, staff super nice and helpful.

Convenient - just 2 tram-stops from Alexanderplatz. Basic, clean - all you need really. Bar but late evening arrival eating opportunities in area limited. The garage next-door does bockwurst brotchen for the desperate.

A great hotel in good location. Friendly helpful staff with nice clean rooms and great buffet breakfast.

Good value and just a short walk to Alexander Plaza and also some nice bars and cafes close by.

Front desk was friendly and room was clean but a little small. It was quite difficult to open up my luggage on the floor due to limited space. The room is however not soundproof so I had to hear people talking from other floors. Overall okay experience.

Hotel was just what was needed for short stay. Bed comfortable and location was great for walking or use of public transport. Room was small and some of the plugs did not work. It was very cold outside but very warm inside and we had to open a window as air con would not work and the street was very loud. We did not complain or ask for a move. You stay again.

Excellent location, clean room, as always with Ibis, you know what to expect. However, the room was so cold. The heating didn't work. This was reported, but didn't change. Perhaps, this is a policy of extreme spareness. Which is a bit disappointing, you dont xpct to freeze at night.
