Hótel Múli

Nice hotel. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast in morning was excellent. Overall, very good. I would recommend.

Staff was pleasant especially Philip. Philip was great and always helpful and smiling. Parking is limited and so is housekeeping.

Location was good for things we were doing

The property offers great value. While it’s away from the city center, you’re not too far away as the city isn’t that large. We appreciate the free parking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was relatively spacious and offered ample space for our family of 4. The included breakfast offered was standard but bottomless and very convenient. We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice, clean, friendly staff... good bed, excellent breakfast.....

Room on first floor was only a few feet from the street. Only air flow was from small window on the street. Didnt have blackout drapes and the sun only went down for a few hours in May. No fan in bathroom to remove humidity. Bathroom door blocked access into the bathroom. A heavy person wouldnt have gotten inside. Very dim lighting. Had a great breakfast. Several restaurants were in walking distance.

Bed was comfort but the room was tight.

Loved the Muli Hotel! Location was great and the staff was awesome. 5 - minute drive to the Centar of Reykjavik. The room was so clean, Breakfast buffet had fresh fruit, pastries, and so delicious Mediterranean food, so “Great way to start the day!" This hotel delivered excellent value and we enjoyed free breakfast! The staff at Hotel Muli were fantastic! I strongly recommend this hotel! Great location if you're looking to explore local dining spots - everything was within walking distance or 10 minutes driving. Beds were super comfy, and the room was so quiet. Definitely will come at this hotel again with my family!!!

WE LIKE THE HOTEL LOCATION WHICH IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY. ALSO THE ROOMS ARE QUITE BIG AND CLEAN.

They had great new updated rooms. The breakfast buffet is always amazing. Free parking its about 12 min drive from downtown. Close to the kringlan mall. Phillip was so helpful. We got there a day earlier than expected and he got corporate on the phone to get us an extra night same day and to make sure all our check in codes would work. He took great care of us

Philip was very especially nice and professional along with the rest of the staff. Breakfast was also good..

Excellent facility, wonderful services, highly recommend

Very nice accommodations, breakfast was a plus. Staffing was limited, but knew that going in, so not that big of a deal. Not a lot of dining options within walking distance and property in an odd location, since not much around there. Overall a good experience for a night or two, wouldn't make it a destination location.

good staff, very good breakfast.

Beyond impersonal. The only breakfast lady was clearly stressed out from the workload but bravely did the job that two people should be hired for. While the room itself was very clean, the useless fake plant decor was quite dusty. Probably lack of staff in housekeeping as well. The biggest negative for me though was the fact that the windows do not open and there is no thermostat in the room. They do provide a table fan. The temperature was pleasant during our stay but the vent was very dirty. There is a person in the office but the front desk is generally not occupied. I would not stay at this hotel again

The hotel is ok. Staffs are very helpful. Phil has a great customer service and he is always willing to help out with anything.
