The staff is friendly, the instructions are clear, and it doesn't take long. Maybe because I came on a weekday and it wasn't a busy holiday so it wasn't too crowded, but that's the goal, so it feels healing. The pool is also clean, the water is warm, just right for the cold weather, especially at night. My suggestion is to soak in the afternoon towards evening, not at night because the fog is very thick. The room is also neat, clean, and fragrant. Regarding the toilet, the water does smell like sulfur, strategically, it is a sulfur hot spring area, of course there is a smell but for me it doesn't bother me at all. But the downside is if you bring a disabled person, it's not recommended, it's a shame to have to climb stairs, especially for elderly family members, it's a shame to have to go up and down stairs but it depends on the position of the room, I happened to be in Pondok Bambu so I was a bit at the end to get to the pool. I swear I have to come here again with a larger family group so it's crowded. For honeymooners, it's also comfortable, cool, and not noisy, the atmosphere, you can't find it in any resort. ⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

It was really memorable to stay here, the family was happy, especially the children. You can see the mountain view, the air is really cool. Next time I go to Garut, the peak area, I will stay here again with my family.

Check-in and check-out were quick. A 100,000 IDR deposit is collected upon check-out. The service was quite satisfactory. The view was top-notch, and don't forget to bring a thick jacket because it's very cold. Food is delivered to your room; the fried rice and sweet tea menu is standard. The 24-hour pool is accessible for swimming anytime.

The hotel room was not ready until 4 PM. They said the last guests had a late checkout because there was no cool water. They should work on it, since the only water they have is hot spring water! The swimming pool has a lot of stairs, which means it's not accessible for old people. The staff were nice.

The taste was mediocre, with only a soy sauce flavor. The chicken was simply fried, with no seasoning. The fried egg was incredibly salty, like eating unmixed salt. Overall, the taste of the fried rice was far inferior to that of the noodle vendors who sell noodle dishes from carts.

I stayed on a weekend. A new gallon of mineral water was delivered to my room, but the dispenser was very dirty at the neck of the gallon jug. I asked for it to be cleaned, but it was eventually replaced with a 600ml bottle. Furthermore, there was no electric kettle or tea powder. I couldn't drink tea in the evening, as it was very cold. The breakfast was also just a basic fried rice dish, just fried rice and an egg. Considering the relatively high room rates, I think the service needs to be improved.

The view at Tulips is beautiful, but the breakfast fried rice needs improvement. It should have a savory flavor, but it only tastes like soy sauce. The staff's explanation of the room's location wasn't helpful. I was disappointed because they assumed all guests had vehicles, since we used an online shuttle.

I stayed at Puspa 106. Upon entering, I was greeted by a musty smell and unclean stairs. The bathroom wouldn't lock, and the shower water smelled a bit earthy, and according to the receptionist, it was sourced directly from nature. The bathroom facilities included a homemade bathtub, and the hot and cold water had to be mixed manually. Luckily, a ladle was provided. Breakfast was fried rice with eggs packaged in Styrofoam. It was quite good. Oh yeah... the number to contact the front office was not active at the time. Conclusion: I won't be returning.

Staying during peak season for around Rp 1.8 million per night, the room was very disappointing. The room and bathroom looked neglected, with dirty walls, numerous stains, and outdated amenities. I understand prices increase during the holidays, but quality should still be commensurate with the price. Management needs to seriously improve room cleanliness and maintenance.
