When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. This ensured maximum room cleanliness. Thank you to all the staff at Favehotel Cikarang. I will return and recommend it to friends and business associates.
