This is the first time I stay at Nuanza hotel, it looks like a big hotel with a large parking lot. The lobby was so modern, clean, and very spacious. The reception is very helpful and informative, thanks to Ms. Iren. Fast check-in, the room was large, clean, and full with amenities and facilities like a hairdryer and ironing for clothes. There is a mini-fridge and minibar if you need it, and a large wardrobe, etc. that I love.

I made two long, long detours to find the hotel due to traffic. After asking the parking attendant, I was told to go under the flyover to get there. The room and other amenities were excellent.

Breakfast for two people and a child under 110 cm. Yesterday, children over 110 cm were charged Rp 90,000. I didn't read the terms and conditions beforehand, so it's a shame the children have to pay extra. But the price is worth it. The slippers in the room are for indoor use only, not for walking around the hotel, and they can't be used in the breakfast room. Some rooms have an additional charge for minibars. Overall, the food and room were good.

I'm from Cikarang, but I chose to vacation at Nuanza Cikarang because it's so comfortable. The staff is friendly, the rooms are great, and the breakfast menu is delicious. Next year, I'll be back at Nuanza for a staycation with my family 🥰

4 Stars Premium Hotel. The hotel is located near the toll gate access, spacious parking, a very clean hotel with a variety of facilities. A very varied menu and an excellent taste experience. However, coordination between employees needs to be improved, especially in the restaurant and pool facilities. Then smiles, greetings, and greetings for security guards in the parking area and lobby need to be further improved to create authoritative yet friendly security guards. For the employee in the name of Mr. Ichwan SR Fitness Center, thank you for the extraordinary hospitality by communicating for the stay experience and building engagement with customers. Then the duty manager in the name of Mr. Hadi who during check-in, provided excellent service and communication. Then Ms. Liany (FO) for her assistance and service in assisting the check-out process and information regarding price differences, I really appreciate the three of them.

First time staying here. This room type is nice and clean. The staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, and the food is delicious. The only thing lacking is the Wi-Fi. Next time I want to stay here again and try a different room, hehe. Hopefully the Wi-Fi will be improved, because the signal is also not very good inside the building.

We’re here for transit, it was good. The only weird thing is we cannot use hotel slippers outside our room. Food was great, so many options and great taste that my stomach can't handle it. Pool and gym was incredible, room was clean.
