The hotel is very peaceful, I can get a good rest.

The staff and room service are very responsive and friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the breakfast menu is quite varied for a 3-star hotel, and the hotel rates are quite wallet-friendly.

This was the most hassle-free hotel I've ever been to. I initially booked for just one day. When I arrived, it was already 3 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet because it was a long weekend. But it didn't matter because I was in a hurry to leave, so I just left my things. The staff asked if I wanted my things delivered to my room once it was ready. I agreed and also borrowed a sarong and prayer mat. When I returned to the hotel that night, everything was neatly arranged in the room, including the sarong and prayer mat, neatly folded and fragrant. The room was clean and comfortable, and in the morning, when I opened the window, I was given a beautiful mountain view. It turned out I was given a nice room. Then, when I was about to leave, there were train problems due to flooding. In the end, I extended my stay for another day, and the process was still easy. When I wanted to check out the next day, I was allowed to pray in my room before checking out, and my room access card was extended without any hassle so I could still enter the room (because it was already past 12 PM). And because I had taken the brunch package at the hotel restaurant, I was able to stay in the restaurant until my shuttle was scheduled to depart. The staff's lack of rigid hotel rules truly put my husband and I at ease as we struggled to find a ride home. Thank you, Batiqa.

The staff are all friendly and the security is also very responsive in escorting you to the parking lot. The room is also comfortable, the view is beautiful. Everything is okay ✨️

The hotel is in a pretty strategic location, but because I arrived in December (the rainy month), I was a bit worried about flooding, as the main road is known to be prone to flooding. The food (variety and taste) was okay. However, I got a top-floor room (9th floor) and a corner room. At night, there was quite a disturbing engine noise, and the air conditioning was also quite noisy, as if it hadn't been properly maintained.

I always stay here when I'm in Cirebon. It's clean, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. The food isn't very varied, but overall it's okay.

The view from the 5th floor is already great, it's a winner, it relaxes the eyes because it's full of green outside, the hotel is strategic and crowded with customers (because I don't like quiet hotels) the only downside is that I got a leaky room when it rained, then I asked about the next room and it turned out it was also leaking. The AC was also leaking. But when I called the FO, they immediately called the repairman, but the repairman was a bit less communicative because the repairman barged into the bathroom because the bathroom didn't have a lock, wow, and I happened to be inside, and luckily he apologized because he didn't know there was someone there and said he wanted to get some tissue. Luckily I had finished changing and was about to wash my socks. So far it's no problem but the repairman could have told my husband first if there was someone in the toilet? then if you want tissue, you just ask my husband who is there because the tissue is displayed in the room, and actually there is no need to go to the toilet, because it is a bit risky for something like this to happen, luckily I have finished it, if not, I can immediately call my lawyer to file a case. In the future, try training for the service personnel about customer relationship so that they are comfortable because once the room is occupied by the customer, the entire room is the customer's RIGHT and has become the customer's privacy, sir AC service, so you need manners if you want to enter another room, especially the BATHROOM. For the other hotel staff, THUMBS 3 are very good, friendly, especially the FO and the security guards are all friendly. But because of the experience with the AC service, I was a bit traumatized, so I would stay here again if I go to Cirebon. So from me, I think once is enough hehe. Thank you.

Everything is okay, but yesterday during the Christmas high season it was really busy, the parking wasn't proper, I had to go to the car valet, because I had to wait for my car for a long time, everything was late, not to mention tidying up the things in the trunk. So the long queue overflowed, the customers behind were already klson!!

The breakfast is great... varied and delicious.

The hotel staff responded quickly. I left my clothes in the closet in my room, and they contacted me immediately to confirm. They shipped them to my address the same day.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The receptionist was quick to assist when we had trouble accessing the elevator. The only annoying thing about our stay was being woken up in the morning by the roar of motorbikes.
