Blue Orchid Villa

The staff was very friendly, and they let you store your luggage before check-in. You can request cleaning when you're out. The hot water worked well, and the AC was also cool. Absolutely the best.

I booked this room because the Blue Orchid Hotel was already full. The bathroom didn't match the photos. It was spacious, but creepy and dirty. The refrigerator, table, and bedroom decor were covered in a thick layer of dust. The mattress seemed worn out, with the springs probably coming out, making my body ache. It would have been better if the room wasn't ready, not to sell it.

Great place to stay for family vacation

This is a Family room that is completely inappropriate. Initially, we got a lower room, but it turned out to be a complete dud. It was completely different from the photos. The bed was dirty, the room was moldy, the bathroom floor had holes, the walls were peeling, the toilet was wobbly, and it was basically unfit for use. After that, we moved to an upper room, which was okay, and it was somewhat in line with the offer. But it didn't stop there. Because there were so many mosquitoes, we asked for mosquito spray, and then there were lots of cockroaches in the room. Gosh, we thought we could sleep soundly that night, but it turned out we had to wrestle with so many cockroaches. Not to mention the clogged bathroom drain that kept smelling. Please, management, if the old building isn't fit for sale, then don't sell it. It's under new construction, so just sell the decent rooms. This is terrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was decent for the price. However, the shower could be improved. The faucet wouldn't close when opened. It did eventually stop the water, but it took a while.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and very helpful, I chose a unique gazebo type room like a villa in Bali, a clean room with a unique bathroom, for those of you who want to vacation in Pangandaran, don't hesitate to stay at Blue Orchid Villa, highly recommended with an affordable price but you already get good facilities 👍

Friendly staff, from the receptionist to the handyman. Quick response to any needs, delivered directly to your room. I highly recommend staying here again if you're in Pangandaran, as it's close to the nature reserve, the west and east beaches. The strategic location, ample parking, and easy access to and from your vehicle are also convenient.

We stayed in a Gazebo-style accommodation, which felt comfortable with parking right in front of our room. The bathroom was unique 👍

The hotel staff is friendly. However, please pay attention to all the facilities. The rickety mattress springs hurt your back, the AC isn't cold, the water heater doesn't work, and the TV is broken and has been waiting for hours to be repaired. If all of these things were taken care of, I'd definitely feel at home.

The room facilities are sufficient, there is a leak in the toilet tap, the mattress is noisy, the minus is there is no mirror or clothes hanger, other than that it is still okay, for the price it is quite comfortable

Very terrible villa. I'm really fed up with this. The Wi-Fi is dead, the bathroom has no mirror, and the room is really shoddy.

Pros: Spacious room, big bed, fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, tidy, sockets near the bed. Cons: No closet, no hangers in the room, no chairs in the room.

I chose a gazebo that looked nice from the outside, but inside it was terrible... there were spider webs on the ceiling, no wardrobe or at least clothes hangers (so clothes were stored on the bed), there wasn't a single mirror (luckily I brought a small mirror), the hot water didn't work, the drain hole in the toilet didn't have a lid so cockroaches could get in and out... I was forced to extend my stay in that room because other accommodations were full... This is the first time I've experienced something like that😏
