The staff was friendly, shoutout to Mba Keke love your smile and services. Even though the lobby was crowded with check-in guests and took a while still thumbs up for the atmosphere. Got room with monas view, maybe next the opposite view since it's not having sunrise view. The food is good and the variant is nice. Accessible with Trans Jakarta transportation, and with some restaurant beside the hotel make it easy to dine.

The bridge from the main building to the third and four floor in deluxe room is so scary. The parking area so small. The room is too small.

It 's a cozy room. Plenty space to spare your belongings and activities. Spacious bath room with bathup. Amazing friendly room cleaning staff and helpful when I need help. Warm water in bathroom seldomly available. Small towel also not available.
