The staff was friendly, but when ordering food at the restaurant, it took a long time for it to be delivered to the room. I asked for cutlery from the night before, but it wasn't delivered until the morning. Hahaha. Breakfast was so busy that a lot of food was sold out and it was late to be refilled, even though the food was very varied, the menu was extensive and delicious. The room was very comfortable, the bathtub was big. The swimming pool was nice, but because it was so crowded, I didn't have time to swim.

The hotel location is quite good but due to Jakarta's crazy traffic, from Thamrin to the hotel it takes more than 30 minutes (not the hotel's fault 🥺). The room is comfortable, but when we stayed, the neighbors next door were screaming, singing, between 6-7 people in the room. The bathroom is spacious but needs to be cleaned again because the dirt from the water in the shower is clearly visible. Breakfast is very varied and delicious 👍. The smoking area in front of the lobby is full of mosquitoes in the afternoon and smoking is not allowed in front of the lobby (maybe the air in Jakarta is more dangerous than cigarette smoke itself). Overall, it's okay to stay.

Overall, it was pretty decent for the price I am paying for. Location-wise, not the best as there was ongoing construction around the precinct. Cleanliness can be improved as well, given it's a local 5-star hotel. Gym equipment is quite old, but I am okay with it; not sure about the general public. The swimming pool is quite good, to be honest; they still have showering facilities. Room-wise, it is okay, not the best but decent. Can be cleaner, but the room was spacious. Food was quite decent (breakfast), nothing much to complain about. I think overall I would give this a 4/5 given the price I am paying for.
