I booked 3bedroom for 3 persons. I stayed there on 2nd until 4th of may. I booked it 2months before (when we still have PPKM level 3 or 4) and when I booked it, it says that it 's include breakfast. But turns out 2nd of may becomes high season since there was 10days public holiday. And when I jusy arrive, the receiption told me that the room is not include breakfast. And I said to them that when I booked it 2months ago you said that already include breakfast and I show them my booking. And the owner answered "the price is going up and what you pay 2months ago is not include breakfast. PERIOD. Second problem, one of the room is not equipped with water kettle, which is they wrote it really big in the receptionist that every room is equipped with water kettle. Third problem (I just knew when I about to check out) that my driver's room aircon is not working. So my conclusion. The price is good. My room is good. But it's only based on luck. And their professionalism is ZERO.
