This was my first time at this hotel, but it was truly comfortable and a real pleasure to stay here. The Marriott Group never fails to provide excellent service. After two nights and three days here, I'd say this is the most affordable and comfortable hotel. It offers 4-star prices and 5-star service, no worries. Can’t beat the location. Staff are friendly. Food is great. What can be improved are the bathroom door is broken, the shower glass door isn’t tight, hence water flows out to the room and outside. Pool with no heating and water is less clean. But overall is still a good experience to stay.

Courtyard Marriott offers excellent facilities and rooms at a reasonable price. It's close to outlet shopping centers, including Upper Dago, Upper Setiabudi, and Lembang. There are many interesting places to eat and explore within a short distance. It's a comfortable stay, and the fitness facilities are excellent.

It's really comfortable to stay here, it's in the middle of the city, it's easy to find food, the rooms are soundproof so it's quiet, the staff are really friendly, especially the staff who guard the swimming pool area, they are really helpful, the food is delicious and varied, I'll come here again next time.
