Upon arrival, I was greeted and served for check-in in a friendly manner by the staff.. because I brought frozen food, I asked if I could leave it in the hotel freezer? Quickly answered yes, very helpful.. for room facilities, from the room, mattress, hot water etc. all function well.. comfortable.. the choice of TV channels is also quite a lot, so you can watch children, the wifi is smooth.. clean too.. thank you.. next time it will be one of the hotel choices when I go to Karawang again.. 💕

The hotel staff is very helpful. I booked a few hours before check in time, requested a high floor and connecting room and my request was granted. I am very happy to stay at fave hotel Karawang. Friendly service, super duper clean room, breakfast is quite complete and all the food is delicious. I'm happy and my family too. I was stuck in a toll traffic jam on my way home, stopping in Karawang because I brought an elderly person and a toddler. Wow, thank you very much, fave hotel Karawang.

The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and we were served by Mr. Angga and Ms. Putri. The location is strategic, close to the city, the toll entrance, the Grand Outlet, and the children's playground. The parking is spacious, the room rates are reasonable, and the food is also affordable 😉

There was no hot water, the hand soap was out of stock, the telephone was not working, and the workers who had finished putting/painting went into the guest elevator with their materials, it smelled, their hands were still smeared with paint when they pressed the elevator buttons.

My first staycation with my husband at Fave Hotel Karawang was quite impressive, especially the breakfast at the restaurant, which offered a wide variety of food, drinks, and desserts.
