everything was well only thing is the toilet whch isnalway FLOODED and the water flow out to my room which cause my daughter to slip and fall and hid her back of her head. my daughter is just 1 and a half year old.please inproved on yr toilet. this toilet still the same when i am there 3 yrs ago

For the location is very strategic especially for me who is on business at KPP PMA3, for the service is good, the staff are friendly we borrowed a prayer mat for prayer fast reaction, we asked the security can help and give input this is very good, but there are a few things that need to be considered such as completeness, we stayed for 2 people but toiletries such as toothbrushes are only 1, sleeper/sandals are also only 1 so want to go around PGC have to wear shoes, that's all, thank you PAVEHOTEL PGC :)

The location is strategic because it is in the PGC Cililitan area and close to Halim Airport, but for the rooms because they are close to the main road, it makes noise because the rooms are not soundproof, I haven't tried the food because I want to check out straight away at the airport

I've stayed at favehotel Cililitan twice, I'm quite satisfied, but every time I book a room I always get a twin bed, the double bed is always full. But so far, the place is safe and comfortable, the breakfast menu is also quite varied and the staff are friendly.

the overall experience was good, i just had issue with the AC not being cold enough, the water dispenser next to my roam leaked all over the floor around dinner time so I had to call to get it fixed, but they removed it making it a bit of a hassle whenever I needed water I would go a bit further than usual to other dispensers on the floor, also upon requesting cleaning service they said for a one night stay they don't do room cleaning unless I extend my stay, but they did remove dirty glasses and refilled my coffee and tea, staff is very helpful and respectful. 4 out of five stars. would stay again.
