For the price of food outside the accommodation package, please lower the price a little because it is still too expensive, a meal for 1 person costs more than 170 thousand during breaking the fast, and the food stock is also limited, in the end we only eat what is left in the serving, please improve it again, thank you.

The AC wasn't cooling and leaked. After reporting it, repairs were made, but the room was dirty and not cleaned. The female receptionist was unfriendly; this wasn't her first time staying here and she was consistently unfriendly. Only one staff member was friendly, the rest, not including the security guard on the ground floor.

The hotel was extremely disappointing. The price may be cheap, but my stay was very uncomfortable. There was loud music almost all the time, and the rooms were not soundproof at all, so it was impossible to rest properly. The building looks poorly maintained, the floors were dirty, and the towels felt like they had already been used many times. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, which made sleeping even harder. The receptionist service was also unfriendly and came across as quite arrogant, which was surprising for me as a visitor. Overall, the experience felt far below basic international standards. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and looking for another hotel instead.

everything was well only thing is the toilet whch isnalway FLOODED and the water flow out to my room which cause my daughter to slip and fall and hid her back of her head. my daughter is just 1 and a half year old.please inproved on yr toilet. this toilet still the same when i am there 3 yrs ago

For the location is very strategic especially for me who is on business at KPP PMA3, for the service is good, the staff are friendly we borrowed a prayer mat for prayer fast reaction, we asked the security can help and give input this is very good, but there are a few things that need to be considered such as completeness, we stayed for 2 people but toiletries such as toothbrushes are only 1, sleeper/sandals are also only 1 so want to go around PGC have to wear shoes, that's all, thank you PAVEHOTEL PGC :)

The location is strategic because it is in the PGC Cililitan area and close to Halim Airport, but for the rooms because they are close to the main road, it makes noise because the rooms are not soundproof, I haven't tried the food because I want to check out straight away at the airport
