The TV didn't work properly. The room wasn't soundproof, so you could hear traffic noise from outside. Hot water wasn't always available. There were knocking and repairs when you wanted to rest. I booked a standard room and ended up upgrading to a deluxe premier room.

Honestly, the second floor is really scary, especially since renovations are underway. I might want to cancel my standard room, as the rooms aren't soundproof. I was startled every hour by the sound of something banging around nearby, making a lot of noise. Otherwise, it's comfortable; I might just choose a nicer standard room.

For the price of food outside the accommodation package, please lower the price a little because it is still too expensive, a meal for 1 person costs more than 170 thousand during breaking the fast, and the food stock is also limited, in the end we only eat what is left in the serving, please improve it again, thank you.

The AC wasn't cooling and leaked. After reporting it, repairs were made, but the room was dirty and not cleaned. The female receptionist was unfriendly; this wasn't her first time staying here and she was consistently unfriendly. Only one staff member was friendly, the rest, not including the security guard on the ground floor.
