It's really amazing. The staff are all very friendly. The food is really delicious. The bed is soft. The AC is cold. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for resting. It's really great.

Initially we only stayed one night, but because the hotel was so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night and asked for an upgrade to a bigger room. The lowest room was already very big for hotel standards, we moved because we wanted a room facing the pool & it turned out the room was even bigger, and the most amazing thing was the breakfast had so many choices and yesterday because it was the weekend there was an activity making pizza for the kids.. Thank you Four Points.. Next time I will definitely stay there again.

It was really cool... But a bit disappointed because the tents in the rooms were limited. Next time, I'll book well in advance so I can get a tent in the room for the family package. Overall, the food was 7 stars, top notch.

I have no regrets staying at the Four Seasons. The staff is so comfortable, clean, and friendly, very helpful, and the service is quick, with quick check-in and checkout. The rooms are very clean, there are two swimming pools to choose from, and there are plenty of breakfast options. It's perfect for a family staycation. I won't regret it, I'll be back again 😄

There was a slight problem with the toilet. It wasn't fatal, but perhaps it could be improved in the future for everyone's comfort. The room was top-notch. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and informative.

The room was nice, the food was varied and delicious. The only downside was the bathroom: it was quite narrow, the door was tricky to open, and there was no toilet jet shower.

Overall, it's okay, but there are a lot of broken or large holes in the pool area, which is very dangerous for children. There's also no hand shower in the room, making it difficult to wash your feet, etc.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was cramped because the outside door met the shower door. Could the shower door be modified to make it easier to get around? The bathroom was large, but the door made it difficult to move. As for the restaurant, all the food was delicious. I would return after a long trip, as it's so close to the airport.

Overall it's okay, what's not okay is that the water is so red and black that you have to buy mineral water outside, there's no compensation whatsoever, the place to eat is a bit hot, for a 4-star hotel like this it's a bit disappointing, isn't it, Mom?
