The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. I'm gluten intolerant, so my sister initially asked the staff and chef if the corn soup used flour. The chef said it was used as a thickener. Then the chef offered to make a flour-free version. Oh my God, it was great. The location is also strategic, right off Jalan Braga. Buying food or souvenirs is easy. The best, really. I didn't have time to take a picture of the room.

I've stayed at Hotel Dafam twice, always choosing the condotel. It's perfect for bringing a large group of kids, as it has two bedrooms, a living room, and a mini kitchen. The kids love it; the food is plentiful and delicious, and it's close to everything.

Overall, my experience with Grand Dafam was satisfactory. A colleague of mine, for whom I booked, gave a positive review of the service. It is well understood that this hotel is one of the longer-established buildings in the center of Bandung; it would be wise to continue maintaining high standards of cleanliness, particularly in the toilets, so as to uphold the management’s good reputation.

I booked a room with a balcony, but it was tiny and locked, and I couldn't open it. The price was higher than a room without a balcony of the same size. So why pay for something I couldn't enjoy? It was also incredibly noisy at night, with the laughter of men from the apartment complex, which coincidentally served as apartments in the hotel. The noise continued until well past 1 a.m. It was very disturbing.
