✓ The room price is too high with facilities like this ✓ I am a customer of this hotel, it is noticed that there is no significant improvement from day to day after there was a complaint ✓ The hot water in the bathroom does not work very well ✓ The water in the bathroom does not work well ✓ Complaints are only responded to if they have called more than 2 times and there is no solution ✓ Honestly, I am very disadvantaged by this incident and will never stay at this hotel again ✓ Thank you and I am responsible for this comment on Traveloka so that Traveloka is more selective in promoting this hotel
