One of the best hotels in Batam, especially for families. The facilities are good. The staff is friendly. The facilities are adequate. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. The kids' activities are top-notch. The kids are very happy because there's a foam party on the weekend. The swimming pool is clean. There are jet skis, ATVs, etc. so you don't need to go out because the hotel itself is very complete.

My room had a very nice view of Barelang bridge! My partner really happy of it! The room spacious, two big suitcases open have no problems. You can still moving around freely. I enjoy having meal at Rock Salt Beach Club! The meal and drinks absolutely delicious! It has minimarket inside the resort, you can buy snacks in there. The resort provides many activities, but strolling around the area is very relaxing too.. I recommend if you want a place to relax quietly..

It's a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city for a while. The location is still affordable, but once you enter, you feel like you've traveled far because the surroundings are beautiful and close to the ocean. The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, and the breakfast options are quite extensive. The pool is a great option, offering a beautiful view of the ocean. It's truly a great place for family time.

Sorry for the service during breakfast, the response was a bit slow. I ordered a cake. They said it would be delivered. I waited for a while. It didn't come until I finished breakfast. Please improve the service during breakfast, even though there are a lot of staff supervising.
