The hotel staff are very friendly and always greet each other. I was just starting to feel the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. The room was very clean. All the facilities were functional. The bathroom was clean, with clean water, both hot and cold. The hotel area was comfortable. The price was affordable, and the hotel smelled nice and cool. Overall, I recommend staying there. I originally booked for one night, but ended up staying an extra night. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Bandung. Horison Bandung is the best experience.

The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all excellent, the best. But I'm sorry, I chose the executive room. They said there was a refrigerator, but it turned out there wasn't. The shower leaked and couldn't be used, but the bathroom floor did look old, with brown stains like an abandoned building. The good news is it was clean, with trash cans everywhere, tissues full, and a Quran.

To be very honest, I don't really enjoy the night here because the cleanliness part really needs more attention. However, the room was spacious and the staff were all nice, so just the maintenance that needs a total upgrade.
