I booked non smoking room but got smoking room with bad smells and ash stain on the bed, pillow, linens, carpets and over the rooms. Reservation guys was liar that no more rooms available. Definitely not Accor standards of service.

The staff is friendly, the bed is big, kids friendly, a lot street food around it so easy to find a food if hungry, only refrigerator not working but ita OK, the room is clean.

The room and staff were good, but regrettably, the heated pool was undergoing maintenance. We did receive a complimentary breakfast for one person. Breakfast was enjoyable, yet the kids' options were limited. Thank you.
