The service is absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive from the start via WhatsApp, and the staff were incredibly friendly right up until check-in. I was served by the receptionist, Ms. Jasmine, who was very friendly and responsive, and it didn't take long. I also got a free room upgrade to an executive room, plus a free donut snack. It was delicious, my kids loved it. Absolutely the best.

I was hesitant because I saw bad reviews, but thank God it was really satisfying😍 The security guard was really rude, I think he was the rudest security guard I've ever met, but the receptionist was really friendly (an old man) and they didn't ask for a deposit either. I slept in room 107, the room was clean, tidy, and fragrant. There was a blanket, 2 pillows, and 2 towels (not neat because I took a photo after using them), the bathroom was clean. The water was also running. There was shampoo and soap in the toilet. In addition, the TV was on, and the AC was also working well. It was a bit difficult to open the door, but when I asked for help, they responded quickly, although they didn't smile enough, maybe because they were tired. Overall, I was really satisfied staying here last night😍

The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, not just smiling formally. The check-in process was also fast and hassle-free. Entering the room, the atmosphere was immediately clean, fragrant, and the mattress was maximally soft. The room design is aesthetically pleasing but still feels homey, perfect for resting after a tiring day of traveling. Don't miss the breakfast! The food choices are quite varied and taste really delicious. The coffee and cakes are top-notch. Overall, the experience of staying here was truly satisfying.
