The staff is friendly, responsive, and provides excellent service from check-in to check-out. The location is strategically located in the Ancol area, allowing easy access to various surrounding tourist attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation without having to travel far from Jakarta. I would definitely stay here again.
