Alhamdulillah, the hotel is comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the facilities are complete, the food menu is delicious and varied. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained. Hopefully in the future it can be better and there will be a building revitalization. Thank you

Compared to Novotels in other cities, this one wasn't particularly comfortable. The shower was loud, the sink lid wouldn't open, and the handle was stiff. It wasn't as clean as most Novotels, and there were dried toothpaste splatters on the wall near the sink. The shower glass might have had mold on it, making it blurry, and the room felt poorly maintained. There was only one slipper and one toothbrush. It seemed like little attention was paid to the small details. However, the staff was friendly and responsive.

Yesterday I stayed there on New Year's Eve... because I wanted to join the New Year's Eve event that is usually held at the hotel, because I was too lazy to go out. But in my opinion, the event that was held was not very enjoyable, especially if you bring children... it was boring because it was only music. Maybe in the future we can add more to make it more lively and impressive
