It was fun. The room was clean, no odor. The toilet was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The water heater wasn't fully hot. Once it was fully hot, it would cool down. The staff were all friendly. The lobby smelled great, and there was a welcome drink. The room was great and clean, and the bathroom had a bathtub, which made my kids feel at home. I'll be staying at Pacific again next time. Keep up the good work!

Recommended for staycation with family, especially for those with small children, highly recommended because there is a bathtub. The location is very strategic, in the city center. Close to the mosque, coin laundry, city point, alfamidi, just walk. The food all tastes seasoned, delicious. The room is also soundproof. The downside is the wardrobe doesn't have a freshener, so it smells a bit musty, and the TV picture is not very good anymore, the AC needs to be cleaned in room 310 because it's not cold enough. The refrigerator is great, cold, everything put in drinks is cold. For everything else, everything is good.

When I checked in, the blanket didn't look like it had been changed. The next day, I went out to ask for a room cleaning, but it wasn't replaced, and instead, it was turned inside out. I've stayed here many times, almost every month, but this was the first time I was so disappointed.
