Customer service: fast response, friendly, helpful. Wifi connection: fast, indihome remote hard to control. Swimming pool: well maintained, open during pandemic with limited to 5 people. Recommend to get room by the pool at 2nd floor for easy access to the pool. Please be warned that the 2nd floor is a smoking area. So the alleyway outside the front door rooms smell like a cigarette a little bit. But the room smell was fine. Didn't smell any cigarette inside room or the pool. Air conditioning: cold, working perfectly. Shower water: adjustable. Cold / warm / hot, pleasant bathroom experience. Asthetics: homey design, peaceful and calming mood. Location: there's not many places to go on foot nearby the hotel but at least its located on a quiet street. Just stayed at the hotel most of the time. Price: best money values spend for that peace of mind. Bed quality: perfect, sturdy, soft. Food service: there's restaurant called outpost at the lobby which open 24/7 for hotel visitor, tried pizza and it was nice, price little bit at the top for some food and average for others. Caffe latte caramel is nice. Will definitely come here again once a while when I'm bored at home.

Just stay for 1 night with my daughter. Room quite big and clean with a balcony pool view. Bathroom (unfortunately no hairdryer and 1 towel smelly but it's okay, not a big deal). Good swimming pool (no kids pool anyway, huhu). Ordered fried rice, the taste was delicious. Overall this hotel really awesome, ambience so lovely and staff very helpful & friendly.

I really enjoyed my staycation here, my fave place to relax in South Jakarta. Room is spacious each room has its own balcony, not too crowded. complete amenities and friendly staff, will surely comeback!

This is my umpteenth time staying at Park 5 and I've never been disappointed. I find it a great alternative accommodation for those looking for a quiet place to work or staycation, yet still close to Jakarta, at an affordable price.

The bathroom door needs upgrading because it's difficult to lock. Many of the breakfast dishes tasted off, like dori flour, dim sum, and something else. But the service was good, and I loved the pool, even though it's under renovation.

The food is pretty good, hashbrown is my favorite here, but I didn't try the main course because it seems like there's not much variety so I don't like it. Overall, the food tastes okay. As for cleanliness, the swimming pool could be better maintained, there are some leaves in the pool, and the walls are a bit covered in moss (?)

A very comfortable hotel for families or solo staycations. The staff are friendly, the room smells good, the room is nice and clean, the equipment is complete. I left my bag containing my phone but the hotel staff was very kind to help find and store my bag, we will definitely stay here again ❤️

Got a room in front of the elevator on the 3rd floor, noisy with people coming and going. The room is not soundproof. The location of the room is not good. But the staff is friendly.
