It was a great stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and has plenty of play facilities for children and families. The hotel is clean, and the staff are all very friendly. The hotel offers many bonus amenities, and the food is delicious. It's simply the best Pullman! :)

Had a nice experience staying for the long weekend with family. Very nice hotel with lots of activities for kids. And thanks to their lovely front office staff Elizar and Yudi, we had a free upgrade to an Executive room. The kids loved it. Great stay all in all.

The natural atmosphere is suitable for healing, the location is also good as soon as you exit the toll road and you arrive. Greeted in a friendly and polite manner, also helpful. The food is also quite delicious so far, I tried all the restaurants hahaha. The gym is also good equipment, join the yoga class too. It's just a shame there is no sauna after swimming 😥. Hopefully next time there will be a sauna facility without having to take the spa package (because I have had a spa there before but the massage was not so good). Thank you.

The location is good, the staff is friendly, there are lots of children's play areas, but some are paid, such as mini golf, paintball, etc. The area inside the hotel is spacious, suitable for morning jogging.

We stayed at the Pullman hoping for a one-stop staycation. However, the arcade games were somewhat reduced (there used to be toy cars) and the PS was broken. So the kids were a bit bored there.

We stayed for three nights and booked three rooms for our large family. Although there was a delay during check-in due to the peak season, the staff ensured we were comfortable while we waited. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the balcony view of the mountain was spectacular. The breakfast menu was delicious with a huge variety of options, and there were plenty of activities to keep our children entertained. We are extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

Why sell a double bed room (deluxe king room), the bed is so spacious, but only get breakfast for 1 person, you know!!! I came with three people, at the hotel when checking in asked for an extra bed, not told at all that the bed size can fit 3 people! The funny thing is that the breakfast is only for 1 person (usually 2 people, right), this is the strangest thing. Be careful, there are many traps like this.

This was our third visit. Unfortunately, we felt the facilities had deteriorated. The pool area was full of ants. The food at the in-house restaurant could have been better (I ate at Madcow), but for the price, the quality was very poor. I wanted to try the Chinese restaurant, but it was closed. The buffet breakfast was basic. My previous visit was more memorable. The entertainment facilities should also be maintained and upgraded. Hand sanitizer should also be provided in public spaces. Furthermore, the hotel's views, room cleanliness, and service remain excellent.
