The hotel is around 10–15 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport, so the location is very convenient, especially if you’re looking for a hotel for a short stay or transit before your flight. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a Superior Room but got a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it suitable for families as well. The balcony was a nice bonus, with a direct view of the airport. You can even see planes taking off from Ngurah Rai Airport, which was pretty cool. Overall, a very comfortable stay and definitely recommended! ✅

Was very happy with the service. Staff friendly, hotel room is clean and has a variety of breakfast options. Will be back here again. Highly recommended.
