The hotel is around 10–15 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport, so the location is very convenient, especially if you’re looking for a hotel for a short stay or transit before your flight. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a Superior Room but got a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it suitable for families as well. The balcony was a nice bonus, with a direct view of the airport. You can even see planes taking off from Ngurah Rai Airport, which was pretty cool. Overall, a very comfortable stay and definitely recommended! ✅

The room floor wasn't mopped, and shoe marks were visible. If you don't wear sandals, your feet will be dirty, which is annoying and disgusting. The blankets weren't clean enough, as if there were grains of sand. The food was quite tasty. There are many food vendors around the hotel, and there's a minimarket, making it easy to find food and snacks at night. Room cleanliness and condition should be improved to ensure guest comfort.
