I arrived an hour before check-in time and was asked to wait even though there were plenty of empty rooms. Unfortunately, the lobby air conditioning wasn't cool enough, making it stuffy and hot. The area was littered with cigarette butts.

There was no elevator. No staff greeted us, even though we had a lot of luggage from the airport. The TV wouldn't work, and the technician didn't even come to fix the problem, and there was no compensation whatsoever. The room was spacious but dirty, and for a hotel of its size, it was extremely poorly maintained. The room and the overall atmosphere were like an old-fashioned hotel, and a bit creepy. In short, this hotel really needs a major overhaul in every aspect. It was so disappointing, I was willing to forfeit my money because I checked out much earlier, less than an hour after check-in.
