I stayed at this hotel for one night and was quite satisfied overall. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable—especially the soft mattress, which made for a good night's sleep. I've stayed here four times. I recommend it because it's close to Plaza Medan Fair and the Malaysian Consulate. I always stay here whenever I have business. It's okay with family, but alone, it's a bit scary. The shower water turns on and off by itself, I don't know why. It's comfortable with two people or with friends, but the cleanliness of the mattress is lacking. Sometimes there are spots or stains on the bed, and even just getting in, hair is found. But the place is okay 👍

So far, it's comfortable. But at check-in time at 2 PM, the non-smoking room wasn't ready and had to wait for about 30 minutes. My suggestion is if guests check in and check out on time, the hotel should also be on time in preparing the room. Otherwise, it's okay. The door is a smart door with batteries, so it's safe even during a power outage. Oh, and the water bidet for the toilet is too strong, maybe reduce it a bit so it doesn't hurt so much, haha. The Wi-Fi password should also be placed in the room directly, so it's easier and we don't have to ask around. Overall, for this price, it's already great. Definitely coming back. Hopefully, these suggestions are heard so the hotel can be even better.
