The rooftop pool is great. Even better, enjoy their spa, and the prices are still great. The service from Ms. Meri at the spa is top-notch. She's friendly and easy to chat with. I happen to be pregnant, and the service was great ❤️

The service was excellent and friendly, and we were upgraded. There was an incident when I returned from a trip and found a cockroach in my room. I complained, and the staff came to see the cockroach, and I received compensation. My request for a late check-out until 5 p.m. was granted. The breakfast was quite varied, with plenty of choices. All the staff were friendly and responsive.
