Very good and helpful stuff very good hotel all around!!!

The hotel is located next to the Parliament building, probably one of the safest locations in Rome. My room was a Superior Double room with a nice view of the Dome of St. Peter’s Basilica, large and clean. Washroom is also large, new. Hotel Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many selections, with good coffee and even waffle. Of course you can go to the well known Giolitti around the corner for cakes, coffee and ice cream. Highly recommended.

The staff was kind and helpful, going above and beyond. The location was fantastic for exploring the city with many historic destinations and restaurants within short walking distance.

No problems. The hotel was in a great location which was the best part of the hotel. Rooms were standard. Clean. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a great stay

This hotel was wonderful. The room was perfect, firm mattress, upgraded amenities in the room, fantastic breakfast with lots of options and in the center of Rome. I’d highly recommend it

The location was perfect, close to everything! The staff was really nice, and our room was clean. Breakfasts were ok, nothing special. We had a double room, which was even smaller than anticipated. I’m on the small side, so I managed, but my husband wasn’t so happy. In fact, the shower was so small, he barely fit. It was uncommonly tiny. Think twice before booking a small room at this hotel!

Excellent experience staying here. Heart of Rome right next to the Italian Parliament. Very safe with a lot of protection nearby.

The hotel was wonderful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and quiet. Lobby was inviting and they had a cafe/ bar area that was comfortable, great to stop in after dinner for a drink.

Hotel Nazionale was an excellent destination hotel for our first time my wife and I experience Rome together. The staff and the amenities included in the hotel were very great. Although we would love to give it an overall 5 star experience, the only downside to the location is that you are right in front of Italian Parliament, which means depending on the time it will be difficult for taxis to get to drop you at the front door or will mean that there are certain avenues closed to get to the hotel meaning you have to circle around one entrance the police allow for you to enter. Wonderful experience overall

Fantastic location. You can walk to all major sites and get tube or taxis easily to others. Because it’s next to the Italian parliament it’s away from the crowds a couple of streets away and quiet at night. We loved our room looking out over Rome vista.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfast with bacon, eggs, waffle machine. Auto espresso drink machine. Location is great. Walked to Roma termini, coliseum, trevi fountain and pantheon. Cold water dispenser in the lobby. Safe location with lots of great shops and restaurants. Would stay there again without a doubt.

The location of the hotel is a double edged sword. It is within an easy walk to many major sites, but it is also next door to the Italian parliament building. That means that car access for taxis can be problematic with anti-terror barriers combined with crowds and very narrow ancient streets.

Staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. It is in a central location that makes it easy to walk everywhere.
