There was no one was there to help us with our luggage when we checked in. Front desk staff was very polite, however, we had to take our luggage to our room ourselves. Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable and the AC didnot work. Shower water alternated between hot and cold, and the pressure was very low. The breakfast buffet was terrible and the service was nonexistent. Overall, while convenient to the airport, this experience was not worth the money! Airport shuttle was easy to find and on time.

Hotel villa Malpensa was the perfect place to stay before departing from Malpensa. Although it is very close to the airport, the room was very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and bright. The staff was very kind, helpful and answered all of our questions. We loved the options available to us for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!
