Excellent stay in Rome. Great location just a few minutes away from the central station and a 10-15 minute walk to the colosseum. Metro station right outside the door to explore further out. Staff were all brilliant and friendly. Rooms were quite simple but clean and perfectly functionalal. Breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Rome.

It didn’t had coffee machine or anything to make coffee with, other than that was good. The staff was very good and it was close to everything.

Nice property with friendly and helpful staff. They even acknowledged my birthday by leaving a treat in our room. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay, the location, I was very surprised and didn’t expect that after I paid in full for my Hotel prior to traveling to Rome that on checking in I was charged a 90 euro tax, did not expect that at all. I had no poor knowledge of this.

The hotel was extremely clean. The pillows were nice and did not sink in. It was a little difficult getting luggage to different floors because elevator only
went to 1st floor but there were more stairs before getting to room so that was difficult with luggage. Breakfast was very nice but the milk was different then what we have in the USA. Be sure bring something to charge phones because their plugs are different then USA. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We would stay here again but be sure and bring conditioner if you use it because it is not provided. Remember if you are coming from US don't expect US, you are in another country.

The family room was fine for my family of four (including 2 teens). The location wasn’t our favorite as we had stayed at another hotel much more central at the start of our trip. The included breakfast was very lacking. Overall, this was fine for one night before flying home, but I would book somewhere in the future. Note - this hotel is NOT wheelchair accessible as there are multiple stairs to get to the elevators.

Bathroom was terrible...shower leaked water everywhere, toilet barely flushed. Light hanging down out of fixture. Rest of room was good. The breakfast that was included was perfect.

There’s no air conditioning if you’re waiting in their main lounge area so that sucks . But the AC in the room is full Blast we had to keep shutting it off so I guess that’s why haha but maybe put some air on for the guest through the main areas. Do not get the 18 euro breakfast it was very bad. Other than that nice cafe outside. It’s located directly in front of the metro which is great but it was good for what we paid for . Would I stay again yes
