This hotel is located with easy access of the Milan Train Station. It is a new and modern fit out which we loved, with comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again

The Spice Hotel Milano has a location that is not very convenient for visiting the historic center of the city, as it requires about a 20-minute walk to reach the main attractions. The room was quite small and not very well arranged, with very limited space. There was no proper area to store large suitcases and no drawers to organize clothes, which made the stay less comfortable. Another downside was that the air conditioning was not operating because it was considered outside the summer season. At times the room became very hot, and the only option was to open the window at night, which unfortunately allowed a lot of outside noise to come in. Overall, the hotel may work for a short stay near the train station, but the room comfort and temperature control could be improved.

My room very clean and comfortable, staff very polite and accommodating. Location is fantastic and good value for money. Unfortunately my room was so warm , I mean really warm.. I would say around 28 degrees or more, I think . I understand that’s something that is not under management control but it’s really uncomfortable. I would have given 5 stars but I only stayed for the day time . Staff is great though.

The Spice Hotel Milano is in a perfect location next to Milano Centrale (train and metro station that will take you almost anywhere). However, the hotel is incapable of regulating the temperature in its rooms. I stayed during February 2026 (outside temperature at night 2 degrees Celsius or 35 degrees Farenheit). The thermostat inside stated it was 27.5 degrees Celsius (81.5 degrees Farenheit). Upon telling the front desk, they claimed it could not be adjusted but the "heat could be turned off". That never happened. This made sleeping in the room almost impossible. This was too bad as the room had a very comfortable bed, large TV, and spacious bathroom shower. The front desk also did not make any effort to welcome me, add value to my trip, bring any positivity to my stay, or wish me well as I left (lack of hospitality).

The hotel is a great location, close to the Milan main central train station and restaurants and metro. The room is small (typical European room) and basic (I did miss a coffee maker). But, it was clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and overall, a good hotel.

Great location for train station and Metro and a couple of minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus stops at the side of the railway station. The staff were friendly, especially the young lady on the front desk who was extremely helpful. Also looked after my case on the final day until I had to leave Milan. It is slightly noisy at night, but that should be expected from a central city hotel.

WiFi needs improving, guest heating controls (slept with doors open so was super noisy and didn't sleep at all well), despite cleaning very dusty (plus hairs left around the place), space and storage to actually put stuff, more than 1 pillow as they're flat flat
