Excellent area only 5 mins walk from main shops and Tsujiki market. Right in the thick of it. Very helpful and friendly staff. Arranged our taxi to airport in 10 mins. Sad to leave.

Rooms were more generously sized than others. Was great to have a counter and space to get ready. Blankets were comfy and luxurious. Easy walk to Ginza and train stations. All within 4-5 min walk

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everything was perfect size, super clean, botanical shampoo conditioner, and body gel. Service was impeccable, the sheets were super soft and great linens. Would stay here again.

Although this place has potential due to nice modern rooms, it’s not well maintained/cleaned. Our room was very dirty, there was blood on the bathroom walls, scratches on the walls, and the floors were dirty and stained. What really impacted the stay was that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and not self controlled which makes the air con facility misleading. You can put the aircon on low however after 30mins, it will default to 25° which is very hot in this weather, it was way too hot to sleep in so we just had to turn it off when sleeping and deal with the heat.
