We only stayed at the hotel for one night but the service is exceptional. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much. The onsen was an awesome add on to the hotel. And I loved the all you can drink service (for 1000 yen).

We had triple room stay and was comfortable enough for 3 of us. Spa in hotel was good and location was excellent with carpark Yen600 each day nearby and many restaurant within walking distance. Staff service was excellent too.

A wonderful stay From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The check-in process was quick and efficient.
