The rooms were excellent! We had an open air onsen and that was so delightful. The public onsen was also amazing and last but not least, the buffet restaurant….the food was amazing with so much selection and excellent quality. There was everything and included all you could drink (open bar). I felt totally zen even with one night

We really enjoyed staying here and experiencing Hakone. The rooms and baths were very nice and clean. And the staff was super helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend this stay.

Excellent hospitality and service. Great variety of foods were served in buffet breakfast and dinner. I was surprised by the all you can drink beers, wine, sake and whiskey. The yakuta experience was also fun.

Great room and a beautiful resort! The buffet breakfast and dinner get repetitive after the first day, so two nights in Hakone feels just right. The highlights were the yukata and the onsen—super relaxing. The public onsen, in particular, was fantastic!
