Incredible value. Made is feel like special guests. Two people showing us to our rooms. A shuttle driver running after us to offer a ride to the train station (we didn't know there was one). Fantastic open bar cocktail hour. Delicious breakfast buffet.

We booked non smoking! But got a smoking room because they are fully booked! We reserved a non- smoking room for a reason!!!!!! It was the worst sleep in entire trip. Glad we only booked 1 night with them!

Nice modern hotel within easy walking distance to train or bus station. A shuttle bus is also available. Foyer was attractive and we were shown to our room and luggage was carried by staff. We had an executive double room which was a bit small. If we stay again we would get a twin room which are much bigger. Buffet breakfast was superb.

Great if you are travelling by train. We never got the Buena Vista, weather wasn't great, but enjoyed our stay. Make sure you work out the room light controls, before consuming any alcohol.

Pleasant staff. Lovely lobby with delicious desserts. Beds were a bit hard for my liking but that is a personal preference; our friends liked them. Small rooms but typical. Had nice shower. Town is not as tourist friendly as other areas so plan ahead for meals; many places don’t seat foreigners unless you are invited. We are convenience store foods. The American Burger restaurant seated us at lunch though. The castle is amazing and the mountains are spectacular.

The room was not properly ventilated; it felt very stuffy and the central air was not working properly. Additionally, beds were very uncomfortable- very firm mattress and high firm pillows; bed sheets were also very rough and itchy.
