The room was snug (three beds) but it worked perfectly for our needs. Still delighted by the little doorbells each room has! Staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet (we only splurged one morning) was the most extensive and amazing we had in Japan. Wagyu beef carving station, omelet station, extensive Japanese and western dishes. Amazing.

The staff is very helpful. My room assigned does not have a safe. Once I let the staff know, they re-assign me to another room with safe. They help us to book taxi, arrange luggage delivery to other city. The location is so convenient , it connects with Osaka Station.

Great location and professional staff. It's nice to have close access to trains, subways and taxis. The staff assisted in locating a close by department store that carries a big selection of hanging scrolls. Great access to numerous shopping options. Staff speaks English very well. Perfect location for exploring Osaka. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spotless. The room is quite small, as is typical in Japan, but it has a spacious bathtub. Stayed on the 26th floor, and the view was pretty nice.

Room was spacious for us (2 people). Staff were professional and friendly. I usually want to use coin laundry but they do not have it. The bathroom was a bit small and there was not an enough space to put things. Breakfast was good. It was very convenient as it was in the building of Osaka station. Thank you.

Great to have a microwave in the lobby – such a useful amenity for guests who want to warm up food! Only small feedback: the current unit heats food quite slowly, so upgrading to at least 1000W would make a big difference. Also, when using the basin, the water drains very slowly – we found we had to remove the stopper to stop water from pooling, which would be good to fix. Overall, this is a really nice hotel to stay at – we had a comfortable and pleasant experience!
