Recommended hotels to stay in Tokyo 👍. Strategic location close to bus stops and MRT lines. Booked a family room and the room was very spacious to open 3 large suitcases. If you want to go to Tsukiji Market, just walk. There is a family mart and a local supermarket near the hotel.

The hotel had a wonderful layout for families. There were beds for everyone. I liked the toilet room with its own sink with a bidet! The location was good to be near the wonderful fish market! The area was quiet. The buffet breakfast was good. I would recommend this place!

The family room is very spacious, staff are really nice and accommodating. All toiletries you need are free to take in the lobby which is very convenient. We had a good stay, plus location is well accessible to train stations and busses.

The hotel was great! Conveniently located across of tsukiji outer market. Also about 15 minutes from team labs and about an hour away from puroland. Location was pretty central to where we needed to go. The hotel itself was clean and there was a small game room with darts, ping pong and a foosball table. During some down time we went there. I’d definitely stay there again!

Front Desk staff at check-in was non-English speaking unfortunately. The location is unfortunately over 20 minutes walking from Ginza. Even the train station is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from property. Worst of all was the condition of the ceiling where they appeared to be molded behind wallpaper around the air-conditioning. Overall, given these factors while the room and bathroom were comfortable, this property does not represent any value since they have a sister Cocoa property in the center of Ginza that is equally priced and a much better location. Unfortunately, we will not stay again at this property.

Breakfast was amazing, staff was super friendly, close to everything. Rooms are decent. We were able to move the beds with ease to make into a king. Only complaint is the toilet paper is made of the thinest material on earth, but the bidet covered that issue.
