We enjoyed our stay in Mercure kyoto station. This hotel has great location (near kyoto station, near restaurants, near kyoto aquarium), the room is very clean, room is spacious enough for 2 adults & 1 kid, easy to fins the hotel.

The location is within walking distance to Kyoto Station, the hotel is homey and comfortable, the room is warm and cozy, and breakfast was very good. We're looking forward to going back to this hotel again.

Nice and quaint hotel about a 10 minute walk from the train station and all the shops. Staff is awesome and helpful. Bar area is good - they did shut it down for a group so that was meh. But this is a good spot. Safe and good for a family.

Got a room with the temple view, was a great stay and near the Kyoto station. Was my favorite hotel I stayed at during my trip. 100% would stay here again

The hotel was very modern and well decorated. The only real issue was that we found getting a drink in the bar a little difficult. We felt like they didn’t want us there and were more concerned on fancy presentation rather than prompt service. Being given the bill at 10 pm was a little early!
