Conveniently located just 1 stop away from Kyoto station on the Karasuma Line and 15-20 mins walking distance to the center of the Kawaramachi shopping district. With a 24-hour supermarket just right beside the hotel, 7-11 opposite and nearby McDonald's and Yoshinoya. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, service was also efficient and quick. The concierge/reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. There's a bathing area at the basement with complimentary refreshments for hotel guests.

For me, it's a perfect hotel: 1. Near the station. 2. Spacious room. 3. Comfortable bed and pillows. 4. Has onsen inside the hotel for rejuvenating ourselves after a long walk everyday. It feels so good. 5. Very friendly hotel price if you compare it with all the facilities. 6. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. 7. Convenient store and fruit store just next door.

We like the location of this hotel. It’s about 15 minutes walk to Kyoto station and we walked on a sunny day and visited Higashi Hongan-ji temple on the way. We used the public bath at the basement everyday. It’s not too crowded. For breakfast, the food was good, but a little disappointed that they didn’t have natto and ume which we had in all other hotels’ breakfast buffet. The laundry line can be really long. We checked one night, there was no machine available and people were holding their laundry waiting at the lounge. We decided to wake up at 5 am the next day to do. When we picked up our laundry at 7 am, all machines were full.

The rooms were smaller but very cozy if you plan to stay here for part of your trip with someone. The amenities are wonderful and the onsen is absolutely amazing and so relaxing. The property was clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly! The breakfast buffet every morning was fresh and much appreciated as wellz

Convenient Location: The property is situated very close to the station, making transit and commuting exceptionally easy. Satisfactory Amenities: The amenities provided were decent and perfectly adequate for a short-term stay. Breakfast Value: While the breakfast option was convenient, it felt a bit overpriced for the quality and selection offered.
