This is my second time stayed at this hotel. The room is spacious & nice. Comfy bed & pillow too. The best part is the water pressure at the shower super strong even the shower cubicle is a bit small. The breakfast was just so-so. Need to improve especially ' Sambal Nasi Lemak '. Hotel got to send their chef to cooking training I guess.

I'm regular customer since many years ago. Nowadays, not value for money anymore. Those days the price rate was good & reasonable. Also, most old staff are gone. New staff are very unfriendly with poor hospitalities. Nothing special about this hotel anymore, other than bigger size room compared to others.

The room was awesome! The interior was modern and clean! I got the room with balcony on top of the view of pahang river! Would definitely come back here next time.

Poor hygiene. The bidet is dirty. Their service is not so good too. Upon booking, I left request to deco the room for my honeymoon. But they didn't do it though the request was printed on my booking confirmation. Their reason is because I suppose to call them. I left my phone number there but none of them have the initiative to reach out regardingy request. They know what they need but not me. They should improve on this. Disappointing.
