It's a very comfortable stay, the hotel room was very clean, bright, homey feeling. The location is perfect, it's not in a crowded building, but still you find everything there. There are many restaurants, the supermarket downstairs is perfect. It's our second time there and InshaAllah will come back there again.

Before this, I have tried other three DoubleTree hotels. I love everything, especially the breakfast, it was so good. And the most important thing was, I always get a room that has the best view. DoubleTree will be on my list. I can try another branch in another state soon.

Clean room, standard amnesties. Breakfast was good as many choices available to pick. Parking is free complimentary from the hotel which is very economic for the pocket. Apart from that long queue was seen during peak hour on the weekend for check in. Anyway, it was one of my fav hotel list that I am sure to stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, located in the middle of a shopping mall, the rooms are quite spacious with amazing views, the pool area is big and well maintained. All staff are lovely and are always willing to help wherever they can.

This place is totally ok to stay in KL. But it is hard to see why it is a 5-star hotel. I have been in other 5-star hotels in KL and they are on another level. There were several small issues, with my laundry, some services and they just wanted to communicate with me on WhatsApp (their "WhatsApp messaging center"), no person came to solve the issues personally. I had an executive room, but the room was quite basic. Their sauna is nice, but those facilities would also need upgrade. It would be ok 4-star hotel and a good 3-star hotel.

Double tree has been my favourite hotel. Prior to this stay was Double tree in Makkah in May this year which was also excellent. If based on my number of stay I should have been Diamond member of this hotel. Kudos Double tree to your staff, kitchen, maintenance and all everyone involved running this hotel

It was delightful when we were given the same rooms as per our first visit in Jan 2026. Rooms were big and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is near to shopping malls such as Pavilion KL and Pavilion Damansara. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay!
