Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are lovely - clean and spacious, perfect crisp sheets and soft towels! Pool is large enough for swimming whilst others are playing games. Good vegan choices - and chef was helpful in finding/recommending options. Convenient for the airport and Miri centre by Grab.

Our stay at the Miri Marriott was wonderful. Had a very relaxing time and the food was great. A special mentioned to Mr Roy Abraham who was very kind and helpful. Also, at the poolside, Mr Dave Benjamin, Mr Harry ( not sure of his surname) and Mr Ron McKenzie have been very courteous and provided good service

This Miri Marriott and its sister property Mulu Marriott in Borneo, is fabulous. I injured my leg and they were so attentive without me asking for any assistance, I was pleasantly astounded! The people were just amazing, the service was impeccable, the facilities gorgeous, everything and everyone was very efficient without losing the caring aspect, and total quality service that exceeded my expectations. Thank you and thank you again.
