El personal sumamente amable y atento sobre todo los del restaurante. Todo muy limpio La ubicación excelente

El primer cuarto la puerta parecía de un motel de mala racha, me cambiaron y el segundo cuarto se caía la parte donde uno pone la llave para abrir, entrando al cuarto la cerradura de seguridad no servía y la de arriba de la puerta se caía. Tuve que poner la silla y otro mueble para mi seguridad y dormir seguro

Room was nice. Had a great view. Shower could have used a little more attention, when it came to the cleaning. But overall not a bad place to spend a few days.

Add to the gym and maybe something else.

Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Excellent service.

Personal was very kind, however, our check-in wasn’t the best. We had to wait around 30 minutes because our rooms weren’t ready.

The room had a missing shower door. We visited because we had received an email from hotel staff saying that they had resumed heating the pool. We went to the pool at 9pm on Friday night and it was 24c (as measured by the staff). They tell me that the target temperature is 30c to 31c. They said it would probably be warm by the morning. We left by 10am. Unimpressive. This used to be one of our favorite hotels. We now use others.

Santa Fe area is very nice but everything area walking distance of hotel closes at 8 pm. Even Starbucks. Uber is very difficult to get within 15 minutes. Most important the WiFi service is very slow.

We love this hotel. It's friendly, warm, clean, and the staff are helpful. But, one of the main reasons we visit this hotel is the beautiful warm clean swimming pool, and the hotel now decides not to heat the pool. It's cold. Not tepid, or lukewarm, but cold. Uncomfortably cold. I could barely swim 2 lengths before I had to get out. I informed reception and they explained the hotel does not heat the pool any more! What an absolute shame. We'll be staying at alternative hotels in the future.

Very friendly check-in. Thanks for the chocolates. Always love staying here. The gym was clean and functional.

The front desk was outstanding the way they solved the issues with maintaining a functional toom. One room was leaking through the wi dow when it raiined, the ither room lock dis not worked, the third riom was warm because ACis programmed to stop working after certain hours and just cool air was coming out. The first room was excellent with AC. The service was outstanding and the fastest in responding too so I was very satisfied but please ipdate the lighting bulbs in the bedroom. Ine bulb is okd LEDs which generate a lot if heat too. Again wonderful staff and courteous . I will stay again there.

Rocía went above and beyond to make sure we had a very easy check-in despite the large wedding party happening at the hotel. Thank you.

La estancia fue excelente, muy limpio, en una zona súper cómoda para moverse a la Expo Santa Fe y en general muy agradable. El personal fue muy amable y eficiente, sin duda volveremos.
